At Gulf Shores Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, we believe that Jiu-Jitsu is more than just a martial art — it’s a path to confidence, discipline, fitness, and community. Whether you’re brand new to the mats or have years of experience, our classes provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all ages and skill levels.

ADULTS - Gi

Our adult classes are designed for everyone — from complete beginners to advanced athletes. You’ll learn technique-based Jiu-Jitsu in a friendly, ego-free environment that challenges you physically and mentally. Classes include drilling, technique breakdowns, and live rolling to help you progress at your own pace while developing real-world grappling skills and fitness.

KIDS - Gi

Our kids program focuses on building strong fundamentals in a fun and structured way. Children learn practical self-defense skills, respect, teamwork, and perseverance — all while staying active and building confidence. We emphasize safety, discipline, and positive reinforcement to help every child grow both on and off the mats.

PARENTS & KIDS TRAIN

SATURDAYS ONLY - AS POSTED

On select Saturdays, we open the mats for a special Parent & Kids Roll session — a fun and memorable opportunity for families to train together. These classes encourage bonding, teamwork, and a deeper appreciation for what your child is learning in class. No experience required — just come ready to move, laugh, and connect.

We’re excited to announce that Yoga classes are coming soon to Gulf Shores BJJ! Designed to complement your Jiu-Jitsu training (or stand alone as a great workout), our yoga sessions will focus on flexibility, mobility, balance, and recovery. These classes will be open to all skill levels and are perfect for anyone looking to improve body awareness, relieve stress, and find a healthy mind-body balance.
